About this event

COVID-19 testing – help protect yourself and those around you.

We are offering regular COVID-19 testing to students who are either accessing on-campus teaching or require use of on-campus facilities, as well as critical staff who need to be on campus.

The NHS Test and Trace facility offers swift and easy testing using Lateral Flow antigen tests and you will receive your results from NHS Test and Trace.

The guidance now advises that those eligible should be tested on a weekly basis – booking two tests, three days apart every week.

This regular testing for staff and students who need to be on campus will help break chains of transmission, identify asymptomatic infections and help further ensure safety on campus.

Please remember that tests only show if you are clear of infection at the time of testing and are for those who are not currently displaying any symptoms of COVID-19

The tests are available for:

• Students on priority courses that are still scheduled for face-to-face teaching or on campus assessment.

• Students who have returned to term time accommodation

• Students who require access to on-campus facilities

• Staff involved in teaching of priority courses, provision of essential student support or delivery of core functions such as cleaning and security.
